Letycia Braswell- Pastrana, Executive Director
Ms. Braswell - Pastrana has extensive experience developing and executing community and economic development activities for vulnerable, as well as diverse, populations in need of resources. She has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ella Austin Community Center, developing, and executing strategies in distressed communities while driving the fiscal stability for the organization. Prior to her role as chief operating officer in San Antonio, Ms. Braswell-Pastrana spearheaded the Gwinnett Community Alliance Inc. As the Executive Director, she had oversight of programs, fiscal sustainability, and cultivated relationships with stakeholders. ​Ms. Braswell-Pastrana has a proven track record in partnership building, strategic and comprehensive planning, and fiscal solvency in her previous positions. Her commitment to her role as a leader is evident in her experience.  She mentors young adolescent girls to engage them in youth civic service and leadership in their communities as well as become life-long learners.  B.S. Maricella Franco-Montoya, Management & Program Case Manager
Ms. Montoya comes with extensive experience in the nonprofit field and several years at Hampton University as the director for survivors of sexual assault, gender-based violence and
human trafficking programs, awareness, advocacy, and a seasoned victim advocate. She graduated from Arizona correctional training officer’s academy to become a case manager working with incarcerated juveniles transitioning to adult prison.
Currently, she volunteers her time speaking on sexual assault awareness on a college campus and assisting with asylum seekers' documentation.
